Double Room in Friendly Eclectic Warehouse

All female household seeks new housemate to join our lovely little family.

Looking for someone who is warm, trustworthy, open, and upbeat to join our wonderful home.

We are 5 kooky friendly girls aged 20-25, one of us is a student and the rest all work full time. As a group we love to hang out in the communal spaces, make some din dins, go out etc. We all have different and busy schedules however still love to be in and hang out with a cup of tea (we really like tea).

We live in a converted office building called Cara House, which is part of the Manor House Warehouses. Theres always something fun going on nearby, be that parties, yoga, life drawing classes etc...

The room is a small double, with access to our "balcony" (Ok, its a large fire escape, but its lovely to climb out onto and sit of a summers evening). The room is also unfurnished however you are totally able to make them your own (paint, posters, arts and crafts but please no ritualistic animal or human sacrifices). There is always cheap furniture for sale in the area and we can point you in the right direction if furniture is a concern for you. Currently it fits a double bed, chest of drawers and a bookcase in it easily. There are shelves and a clothes rail installed which can stay if you want them. The flat also has two bathrooms, one of which has an actual bath in it!

Minimum 6 month contract. Rent is £666 all inc.

The warehouse is just off Seven Sisters Road at the entrance to the Manor House warehouse district. Close to Overbury road (where they have street gatherings in summer), 10 mins walk to Manor House Tube, 20 mins walk to Seven Sisters Tube. There's also good bus connections nearby, and a really decent organic food shop.
