1 Nice double furnished rooms available in the Cricklewood/West Hampstead area, A very convenient, quiet and well connected area in a shared house of professionals. Located close to Cricklewood train station (2 Mins) and Kilburn tube station (Zone 2). Access to local shops are 5 mins away.

We have a large living area downstairs with a flat screen Television also we have a leather couch, a large bright kitchen and bathroom shared between house mates who are expected to be both clean and respectful.

The house is hooked up to high speed broadband.

The room will be available from 20 September 2016 @ the price shown. A security deposit is required (One month rent) + one month rent upfront (covers last month) . Rent is due on the last day of every month.

The house is expected to be cleaned once per week by house mates. This is a very clean house with modern facilities at a bargain price per month.
