Hi there!

Unluckily I have to come back to my country so now there is a room available for some nice to take it!!

The room:
Double room with double bed and built in wardrobe &bookshelf.

The house:
4 bedroom duplex located on Finchley road with a bus stop literally across the road. Really handy for Central London and late nights. Close to Golders Green and West Hampstead tube stations.

Big living room with TV, DVD and plenty of channels, WIFI included.
Large kitchen with all the bits and bobs you need.
Small patio for bbqs! :) and nice neighbours.

Rent £490(all bills included, except gas) + £502 deposit

No smoking inside the house but you can smoke outside.

What we are looking for:
We're all professionals from different parts of the world. We're looking for a nice, clean, professional person around our age (late twenties, early thirties) to move into the house. We all get along really well and we would like someone that can identify and socialize with us :)
