Double in lovely clean friendly house with garden
We are looking for a non-smoking friendly and responsible person to join us in a refurbished, clean and cosy houseshare which is a home rather than just a place to sleep.
The house is modern and practical with 2 bathrooms, colourful kitchen, cafe style diner and a lovely back garden.
The house is in a great condition and really clean so we are looking for someone who wants a home rather than somewhere just to stay. The housemates are also all very friendly so we want someone who is also kind and respectful.
The room is a large double on the first floor with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
The house is strictly non-smoking and we have a cleaning rota and share in other household expenses.
There are 4 other housemates and we are all young professionals working in London.
The bus stop is very close to the house and it is very quick to go to London from Golders Green or Willesden Green.
The price includes internet, water and council tax but we share gas and electricity. The cost is not too much since it is shared amongst 4 other people.
The room is available from 6 June so if you are free to view it please contact me with more information about yourself, how long you plan to stay, when you want to move in and if you are happy with a cleaning rota.
