So 28 Howard Road is Back On The Market.

If you are looking for a house to feel welcome in, and have the comfort of a clean, warm, spacious environment, surrounded by some younger house mates from around the world (with a stronger aussie vibe), then this may be the place for you. We are all professionals, full time working, chilled out, open minded, and respectful and are looking to offer you a large, double room, in a fully furnished three story house, with kitchen, loung room, two bathrooms, backyard, and internet.

Located on the edge of zone two and three, in Cricklewood area (NW2 6DR), right next to The Broadway, about a five minute walk from Willesden Green Station, and only around the corner from Cricklewood Station. This area has plenty of shops, banks, fast-food, fruit markets, and off-licences close by.

There are five more of us sharing the house, but we have enough space to not feel any congestion.
We are looking for somebody clean and professional, somebody who can help us to maintain a positive atmosphere.
The rent is £525 for one person, or £575 for two, as well as apx £30 pounds for bills.
