Double room in lovely flat- with a pool

Our current flatmate is moving out soon so we're on the hunt for a new one!

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, fitted wardrobes with masses of space plus access to the gym and swimming pool in the development. The flat overlooks the garden, which is great for BBQs in the summer.

The living room is kitted out with a large corner sofa, 40" flatscreen TV, PS4, 6 person dining table, Sonos wireless music system... the kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the usual mod cons.

My boyfriend and I live in the other room - I work in TV; he's a lawyer. We're looking for someone that is happy to socialise and mix in/cook together but equally have some private space at the same time.

We have a very relaxed arrangement with our current flatmate where we often cook together & share food... ideally we'd like this again but understand this won't work with everyone.

We enjoy entertaining but this isn't a party flat; I sometimes work anti-social hours sometimes so a relaxed home environment is important!

We are both clean & tidy and it's important you are too - nagging people to clear up after themselves isn't fun for anyone...

While friends and family are always welcome ad-hoc, we don't want people staying for extended periods of time... the flat is the perfect size for 3 people but no more!

We also have a friendly ginger cat so hopefully you don't mind pets!

Transport wise, you are a 30 second walk to Kilburn tube (Zone 2), 4 minutes to Brondesbury overground and 10 minutes to West Hampstead Thameslink.

Internet and water included in rent - electricity, gas and council tax not. One month's rent plus a deposit of 400 pounds are due on move in.
