Huge room available near Willesden Green Station

We have an extra large room for a single non-smoker available in our 3 bedroom house. The house is on two floors. The first floor contains a kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and 2 rooms belonging to 2 of us-a couple. Then the second floor is up 20 stairs (giving lots of peace and privacy ) and on this floor are two bedrooms, one belongs to an Italian guy and the other is the one available for rent.
The flat is just a minute’s walk from Willesden Green tube ( Jubilee Line zone 2).The room is fully furnished and really spacious and the price includes everything ( broadband, council tax, water, electricity, tv licence and even some communal bits like toilet roll, washing up liquid bin bags, really everything except for the weekly cleaner ( £7pw). The room is just for one person ( sorry no couples).

The room comes with a double bed , wardrobe, large desk, armchairs, bedside table . Sorry the photo doesn't really show it off well. To give you an idea of size it could fit 4 double beds in it! It also gets lots of sunlight.

The flat has a large colourful kitchen with 4 fridges ( so one each!) and a breakfast bar and stools, tv, and all mod cons. It's a clean and tidy flat with friendly, busy people who like to keep the place tidy. We each pay an additional £7 a week for a cleaner to take care of the communal areas. The flat doesn't have a living room but has a large comfortable kitchen . We also have a nice roof terrace which is a great suntrap when the sun comes out. We have one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

We do our socialising when we‘re out of the flat so when we’re home we like to keep it a quiet place. We all have early starts. (So if you’re looking for a party houseshare this place might be a bit too quiet for you!)
We are Italian, British and Moroccan aged between 30-40. One female, 2 males.

Willesden Green ( in case you don't know) has two Sainsbury's, a sports centre and lots of places to lovely new places to eat out as well as some nice bars and cafes. It is well connected to central London with buses running 24 hours into town and the Jubilee line takes only 15 minutes to Oxford Street.
