All female friendly tidy houseshare Zone 2

We are pleased to offer three double rooms in this clean, friendly house in a good location close to Kilburn, Golders Green and Willesden tube and Cricklewood Broadway.

There is a cleaning rota and smoking is not allowed inside the house so this would suit someone looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

The rooms are furnished and there is a kitchen and two bathrooms. The back garden is also a nice size and great to enjoy the summer.

The rent includes water, council tax and internet but the gas and electricity is shared amongst the housemates. There will be only 5 people in total so the house will not be overcrowded and will stay tidy.

We prefer people who will stay long term so that everyone feels at home. We also prefer females only as the other housemates are female.
