Big room in a friendly flatshare, 5 min from tube

Hi there,

Big double room for 751/month (including all bills and no agency fees) available from December 13th. I'm leaving my room as I'm moving out of the UK for a job and I'm looking for someone to enjoy the flat as much as I have :)

The flat is in a really handy location as it's a five-minute walk from the tube (Jubilee line zone 2) and there are lots of buses that pass nearby, including night buses, that take you straight to different convenient places in Central London (Edgware Road, Marble Arch, Oxford Circus, Hyde Park, Russell Square, Victoria). It is 15 minutes into Bond Street and 25 mins to London Bridge. There is also a Sainsbury's nearby (5-min walk) open until 22:00, as well as cafes, bars, pubs and local amenities... and one of the best sushi restaurant of London, Sushi Say.

We have a large living room (see photo) and a shared lawn (great for chilling and BBQs!). You would share the flat with three great people (one Italian girl, one British/Belgian guy and one British/Filipino guy) who are all young professionals and are very down to earth and easy to get on with. We're looking for ideally a girl who would stay for at least six months. The landlady is great and lives nearby too which is really useful.

You will have everything you need, comfy armchairs, sofa and dining corner to get along with your flatmates and friends, a washing machine, a brand new shower, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher... The room is fully furnished with a kingsize bed, a bedside table, a big dresser, a closet and an old chimney. Just bring your stuff and you're ready to go and live.
