SHORT LET in Kilburn for February 2016

Hi there
I am short-letting my room out in Kilburn, North West London, for the month of February 2016.

The room has a comfy double bed, double wardrobe, nice view, and all bedding/linen etc included. Its big! You just have to bring your stuff!

The flat is with 4 others (one couple and two girls) all professionals in our 20s and 30s. We are all in and out working funny hours and so its quite normal to have the house to yourself but everyone is also really social and friendly!

It is a top floor flat making it really warm and safe. There is a full bathroom and second separate toilet, lounge, and a well equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine (just BYO pods!)

Just 200m away from Kilburn Tube Station, as well as being very close to Brondesbury (overground) and West Hampstead (national rail links). It is very well linked and easy to access most of London (Baker Street 10mins away, Paddington 20 mins away, Oxford Circus 15mins away).

All bills included for the month so if you are looking for somewhere short term then please get in touch! Room will be available from the 2nd - 29th February 2016.
