We are a friendly house-share in NW2 made up of 4 people and our cat Toni.

Currently we are looking to for someone to join our flat share. The room is available from the 1st of October.

The house was refurbished 3 years ago, receiving a kitchen extension and second bathroom as well as a complete redecoration of halls and rooms. So everything is in great condition!

We are clean and expect our new housemate to leave common areas tidy, clean appliances they used and generally pick up after themselves.

The house is located in a residential neighbourhood with quite a few families living around - two off-licenses, a pub and two parks are in walking distance. There are two bus stops 2 and 5 minutes walking distance that will take you to the nearest tube station (Neasden; Jubilee Line) in 10 minutes. Other stations are accessible via bus and bike (Willesden Green, Wembley Park, Dollis Hill and Kilburn). E. g. Door to door to Bank in the city takes no more than 1 hour door to door via Neasden, Jubilee and Central Line. Baker Street is 30-35 minutes away.

The price includes all bills and council tax, internet, etc. We are looking for a single person, a couple can unfortunately not be accommodated. There is a small refundable deposit of £500.
