I'm leaving this wonderfully central flat after one year.

The flat has a kitchen (oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc.) and small living room area with sofa and coffee table. We have a shower separate from the toilet, which comes in handy on busy mornings. Bills come to around an additional £60 per month.

The room includes a super comfy double bed, desk, wardrobe, and dresser. There is some storage space under the bed if you need to keep extra suitcases ect.

You'll be sharing with three flatmates two professionals and one student all in their mid 20s. We are quiet and respectful of each other's space while at the same time socialising over a drink, a film or piece of cake on a fairly frequent basis. We are Spanish, Irish, and Russian - we like to keep to keep it international!

The location is excellent, with Chancery Lane and Holborn tube stations only a few minutes away. Covent Garden, Angel and the Southbank are all around 20 minutes away by foot.
