We have a double room to rent in this lovely ground floor flat in Mortlake. The room is very large, has wood flooring and a big window, and is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a clothes rack and your own sofa.

The flat lies in a very quiet street close to all amenities; Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Boots, bars and restaurants are a short 5-minute walk away, and so are the wonderful riverside walks of Richmond. It's fully furnished and has a fairly-sized reception room/open plan kitchen and a beautiful garden. The transport links are very convenient: a short bus ride takes you to Richmond or Hammersmith, and Mortlake rail station (Zone 3 with trains to Waterloo) is a 5-7 minute walk.

You'll be sharing with two sisters (a researcher at Kings College and an interior design student), both very clean and tidy. We're looking for the same type of person. Call us!
