Mortlake overland station is a 7 minute walk and bus stops going to Richmond, Putney, Clapham and Wimbledon are less than a 1 minute walk away.
Downstairs: Kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Well sized lounge with plenty of space to relax or entertain! Complete with wooden floors in all rooms. Separate kitchen, bedroom and bathroom for third housemate (Tom) – although he shares the lounge with us, he has his own self contained room downstairs including a kitchenette and bathroom.

Utility bills that are not included in the rent are council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet, cleaner and broadband – you can budget around £90 for these bills. Free sky TV included as well as off-street parking.
