The flat is just 1 minute from the River Thames not far from Hammersmith in South West London. It is perfectly located for riverside pubs and restaurants, and perfect for running/jogging by the river, away from London's congested transport.

The available room has a double bed, a wardrobe and drawers. There is also a desk which can be used.

The flat has a large living room with great comfy sofa, flat screen TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Tivo Cable TV.

There is a large kitchen with dining table and breakfast island., a large Manhattan fridge/freezer, a washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher, and a large oven/hob

The bathroom is modern with a great power shower and bath.

Best of all the flat has a huge roof terrace which captures the sun from sunset to sunrise.

The flat is just 2 minutes walk to a Sainsburys Local supermarket, and there are cafes, restaurants, pubs and other local shops within 2 minutes.

Transport wise the flat is served by local buses and trains.

From outside the flat, buses go every few minutes to Hammersmith, Putney Bridge and every 15 minutes to Richmond. The bus journey to Hammersmith is 10 minutes duration. There are also night buses which go from Piccadilly in the city centre, which stop outside the flat.

If you'd prefer to take the train, there are regular trains from Barnes Bridge train station which is 4 minutes walk from the flat.

Trains go direct to Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall (transfer to tube - Victoria Line to Oxford Circus) and London Waterloo. The journey from Barnes Bridge to London Waterloo is approximately 20 minutes.

This flat is perfect if you want to be close to the River Thames with its river pubs and paths for exercising. It's also really easy to get into the city centre for work and socialising.
