We have a large double room with en-suite, garden and parking available in our friendly SW London houseshare.

Location:
* The house is in the lovely area of Mortlake, which is just east of Richmond.
* Zone 3 - short distance from Mortlake station. The train gets to Waterloo in 23 minutes (via Putney, Clapham J, Vauxhall and others).
* Bus stops outside the house to Hammersmith and Richmond.
* Quiet residential street, close to lots of lovely shops in East Sheen.
* Perfect for outdoor types, being near to the river and Richmond Park.

The Room:
* Large master bedroom with tons of wardrobe space and en-suite toilet and basin.
* It is unfurnished, but there are built-in wardrobes and the option to purchase bed and bedside unit from current housemate for £100 (Ikea furniture, bought new 2 years ago).
* Lots of natural light, facing West to catch the afternoon and evening sun.

The House:
* Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of unrestricted parking on the street
* Front & back garden with side access - perfect for accessing bikes, which can be stored in shed or garden room
* Good sized living room/dining room and spacious kitchen
* Bathroom with separate bath and shower separate toilet
* Ample storage space beneath the stairs and in the attic
* Double glazed throughout

Us:
We are two women aged 28 and 30 who work during the week in the digital and education sectors. We enjoy spending time together as a house as well as doing our own thing. It's a long-running tenancy with a great landlord, so we're looking for someone who will respect the space, keep it clean and tidy, and enjoy the fact it feels more like a home than a house share. * Bills: £100 per month – to include council tax, TV licence, electricity, gas, water, Virgin Media & internet (typically bills are less, but we run a small surplus for emergencies which is divided up at the end of every year)
