Bedroom for rent in East Sheen / Mortlake

Due to a housemate moving out we are looking for a new housemate (room 2 on the picture).

The place is big at over 1600 square foot, spread over three floors.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor has a reception room with full Sky TV package (Sports, Movies & On Demand) along with an a-joining dining area. The large kitchen / breakfast room has integrated dishwasher, full fridge and five burner gas hob which opens out onto a 38ft private west facing garden. The utility room to the side has storage, a sink, washing machine and separate downstairs toilet.

SECOND FLOOR

Second floor has three bedrooms. The room (labelled as 2 in the picture) overlooks the garden at the rear of the house (room 3 is already rented and room 1 will be left spare / empty)

There is a good sized bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower. An emersion boiler so you will never have to worry about cold shower.

Unlimited broadband is accessible throughout the house.

THIRD FLOOR

Our bedroom and ensuite - means that there shouldn't be too much of a queue in the morning

TRANSPORT

Mortlake train station is 8 minutes walk with frequent trains to Waterloo and out to Twickenham and Wimbledon. Alternatively there is a bus stop at the end of the road- less than a minute walk going to Hammersmith, Putney & Richmond and beyond.
Free-parking available on street when space available (no designated parking space)

RENT

Rent is £700. Deposit is 1. 5 months. Rent is paid monthly in advance. The tenancy would be a minimum of three months. Then rolling with one months notice if you wish to move out.

Bills are £95 a month. Bills include: gas, electricity, council tax, Sky, broadband, water etc etc. It will also cover the cost of a cleaner for a few hours a week (ensuring all communal areas are clean).

CURRENT HOUSEHOLD

Current Household is me (29) and my girlfriend of four years (27). You needn't worry about us snuggling up on the couch each evening and the cringy 'Personal Displays of Affection' are really not our style either.

I spend nearly all my free time during the week cross fitting or horse riding at the weekend. While my girlfriend enjoys tennis, horse riding and baking - you should get the occasional treat!

We already have 1 room rented out. She (26) has been with us for 12+ months and we all get on very well. We all tend to meet in the kitchen in the evening to catch up on the day.

Hoping to find easy going sociable (not party animals!) housemates.

Some of the pictures shown are from before we moved in so different furniture/decor (hopefully an improvement!).

The bedroom is currently unfurnished, we have a few spare pieces of furniture if that helps.
