A huge double bedroom is available from the 1st July in a really lovely flat in Barnes/Mortlake.

The flat is on the ground floor of a mansion block and is minutes away from White Hart Lane and the pubs/cafes and shops of Barnes. It is also a minute away from the River Thames.

The nearest transport is Barnes Bridge Station which is a 5 minute walk, or the bus outside goes to Hammersmith where you can pick up the Piccadilly line or District.

There is a lovely South facing garden and Richmond Park is a short 5 minute cycle away. Bills are not included and are about £100 a month with gas and elec in addition being paid quarterly. There is a brilliant cleaner who comes every fortnight and is £10 a week each.

The flat has had a lot of love and care invested into it. If you are looking for a party place, it's not here as those shoes were hung up a fair while ago and so this is more of a haven in busy London living.

The current housemate is just myself, Catherine (run my own Ballet school) I am pretty sporty and considerate and the flat feels big for just 2 people which is great.

Ideally you would be looking for somewhere for a while, rather than a short stay. A deposit would be needed straight away to secure the room.
