The room for rent is in a Georgian house in East Sheen / Mortlake with all the usual amenities, in a quiet residential street. We deal directly with the landlady.

The double room is available at the start of march. The room has a wardrobe and bookshelf but is otherwise unfurnished. It is at the back of the house and has a garden view. No bed included

* Four bedrooms - one downstairs, three upstairs.
* A kitchen with breakfast bar, two fridges & freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc.
* A downstairs toilet
* Shared living room
* Fibre optic broadband
* Bathroom upstairs with a bath as well as a shower
* Garden is a decent size and well looked after, with a patio and seating. There is also a small outhouse/shed.
* We have a cleaner that comes in every two weeks
* On-street resident permit parking

- Area -
* We are close to the river and Richmond Park
* There are nearby shops on East Sheen high street, with Barnes and Richmond within walking distance
* 5-10 minutes walk away from Mortlake train station (connecting to Richmond/Reading, Clapham/Waterloo) and 2 minutes from a bus stop which takes you to Putney, Clapham, Hammersmith or to Richmond and further SW.
* The rent is £450 pcm with bills on top (approx. £80-100 a month)

We are a friendly group of busy professionals, who work long hours and appreciate a clean and comfortable house. We pride ourselves on having a friendly, warm home which is clean, tidy and welcoming. We are respectful of other people's space but we also like to take time to catch up on each others day or have a drink or meal together. Most of us work 9-5ish. One flatmate works shift hours and sometimes sleeps during the day.

- What we're looking for -
We are long-term tenants and we treat this property as our home and would like someone who will do the same - take care of the house, respect each others things, and contribute to tasks to keep the house nice. Men or women welcome to apply. Ideally they would be between the ages of 25-40 and they must be a professional and a non-smoker.
