Only for ONE person (fair occasional visits from partners or relatives). We regret that insurance does not allow for couples, smokers, pets or welfare benefits. Regular contribution to tidy and clean upkeep of all common areas of the house is essential for the tenancy. The place is very spacious, very clean and habitation feels comfortable and quite private.
