A very spacious house share, large living room and kitchen, v/cl. to amenities, 1min to Waitrose & shops, Mortlake station, 26' to Waterloo.
ONE professional/employed female. £680 pcm - £156 p/w, all bills inclusive (council tax, gas, electric, water, free WiFi & TV license). Only for ONE person (fair occasional visits from partners or relatives). We regret that insurance does not allow for couples, smokers, pets or welfare benefits. Tenancy is subject to standard lodger agreement (non negotiable) with a deposit of one month's rent and monthly payments in advance.
Regular contribution to tidy and clean upkeep of all common areas of the house is essential for the tenancy. The place is very spacious, very clean and habitation feels comfortable and quite private. The price reflects the aim to maintain a sense of home tranquility and seclusion rather than "cheaper" overcrowding.

a) Tenancies shorter than 6 months will increase the rental cost to £920pcm, or £212pw.
b) Although single females are the primary preference, by exception, couples will only be accepted at the increased rent of £920pcm, or £212pw.
c) Furthermore, couples staying for less than 6 months, the rental cost will be £1, 100pcm or £253pw
