Hi, we are looking to lease a double bedroom in a four bedroom 3 bathroom town house. We are three 26 - 28 year old Australian and Argentine males all working full time. The house includes a large living space and easy to use kitchen. Bedroom includes built in wardrobe and single bed and frame (but can easily fit a double). The house is located on East Sheen high street with pubs, cafes, supermarkets, train and bus links all within a 5 minute walk. We are all very clean, polite and professional guys looking for a like minded person to share our house with. It is a very sociable house do quite a lot together but are also very considerate of personal space and 'me time'. We all enjoy a pint, pub trivia, being active, travelling and having friends around however this isn't a party house. Room available for viewing most times of this week and next week. Rent is £120 a week not including bills and £675 security deposit refunded at end of the term. Room available from the 15th of August. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask.
