Barnes Dble room chilled spacious flat
|
I am looking for someone to share my beautiful 2 bedroom flat, located in a lovely mansion block less than a minute from the river, near Barnes Bridge station and the fabulous shops, pubs and restaurants of White Hart Lane and Barnes. The flat is light, airy and spacious with high ceilings and original features . It is decorated in contemporary neutral style. The sitting room has a log fire, perfect for these freezing evenings :-), as well as Virgin Tivo. There is a fantastic large eat in kitchen with Bosch appliances including fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen opens on to a fab south facing garden, great for summer BBQs! There's wifi . The bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and plenty of storage. It can come furnished or unfurnished. There is a lovely contemporary bathroom with bath and great shower, unlimited hot water is another plus!! Transport-wise you are less than 5 mins from Barnes Bridge overland with regular trains to Putney (3 mins), Richmond (3 mins), Wandsworth Town (6 mins), Clapham Junction (9 mins), Vauxhall (15 mins), Waterloo (20 mins). There are also regular buses to Hammersmith (for district/Piccadilly/Circle/Ham mersmith & City tube) and Richmond (209/419) and the night bus N22 (from Piccadilly Circus) brings you back to the door. The South and North circular, M4, M3 and M25 are all within easy reach. Barnes is a beautiful area surrounded by green space including Barnes and Putney Commons and Richmond Park. The boutique shops, cafes and pubs of White Hart Lane are just around the corner. There is a Sainsburys Local 30 seconds walk from the flat, with plenty of other fantastic local independent shops, pubs and restaurants and Waitrose within 10 minutes walk. It’s a safe and friendly area. If you like what you’ve heard get in touch so we can arrange a time to meet. Photos |
