We have a large double room to rent in a flat sharing with two girls.

The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, built in wardrobe and bedside table. The bedroom has a bay window overlooking Highgate wood.

The flat has a large entrance space and living room, as well as a good sized kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Our beautiful roof terrace overlooks Queen's wood which we love enjoying in the summer :) The flat is located on Muswell Hill road, halfway between Highgate station (Northern line) and Muswell Hill. The flat is well connected with 24hr buses to London Bridge and Tottenham Court Rd, with a bus stop just one minute walk from the flat. Muswell Hill has lots of restaurants, shops, supermarket, cinema etc. Ally Pally is also a 10 minute walk away. Bills come to no more than £100 a month.

You will be sharing with two girls, Lucy and Kat. We both work full time in health and social care. We like relaxing at home at the end of the day, often over a glass of wine and some cheese while watching some rubbish television. We would ideally like to live with someone who will want to enjoy the flat with us as well as going out for drinks once in a while. We like to keep our flat quite tidy, so would also like to live with someone who feels the same in that regard.

The flat is available from the middle of June 2014, but we are keen to hold viewings in the next couple of weeks as the new flatmate will need to go through some reference checks before the tenancy is renewed.
