Short-term let of a single room in Muswell Hill

Short-term let of a room for four full weeks from the 29th of March to the 26th of April.

I am a student at UCL sharing a flat with two girls, one Architecture student and one working in Hospital in their late 20s, and I will have to leave the room for four weeks from late April to late March. I am thus looking for someone interested in a short-term let of the room.

The apartment is on the first floor with beautiful high ceilings and has lots natural sunlight; the living room is very comfortable with a big dining table and sofa; we have a small balcony and a back-garden area used as parking space.

The room is small but has a very high ceiling and extends rather in length which makes it visually more comfortable and easier to modify the furniture positioning. There is a desk with adjustable chair, wardrobe, small computer table, single bed with clean mattress, shelf and curtains in it.
We have very nice neighbours living above us.

The area is very green and safe with lots of small shops, organic cafés, parks, restaurants. There are a Planet Organic, Waitrose, Sainsburys and M&S in 10 min walking distance. Alexandra Palace with its famous view over London is around the corner. It's not far from Highgate and beautiful Hampstead Heath with its famous bathing ponds and Kenwood House.

The location is well-connected by a four-stop bus-ride to Bounds Green (Piccadilly) and then optional change at Finsbury Park (Victoria) which takes ~35' to Green Park, central.

The other option is to go to Highgate station (Northern, Highbarnet branch) by bus, which is about the same time.
Alexandra Palace train-station is a 15' walk away or 5' by bus, with frequent trains going to Moorgate within ~15'.
There are N43, N134, N102 and N91 going to Muswell Hill 24 hours and taking about 30' to get back home from central London.

I will favor people interested in the flat for the entire four weeks rather than for shorter periods of time. The rent for the total period amounts to 410£.
