Quiet single room (10 x 11ft) offered in 3 bed flat in Muswell Hill. £525 pr month all bills included (heat, electricity, water, wireless internet and council tax.) Available February 12th Room is furnished with single bed, desk and dresser. Use of living room, including TV, and Kitchen (mostly vegetarian cooking please :-)) overlooking the garden. Shared bathroom.

5 – 10 min walk to Alexandra Palace over ground, with direct access into Moorgate. Short bus ride to Highgate (Northern Line), Bounds Green (Piccadilly) or Finsbury Park tube (Victoria) 24hr buses - 43 to the city and 134, to central London.

You will be sharing with two other young women (26 & 34 yrs old) and one very friendly cat. We are both passionate about health and wellness; one works as a full time Yoga teacher the other in retail, we enjoy a stress free environment, laughter and good times. The flat is quiet, clean and nicely furnished, suitable for easy going, busy professional.
