Friendly Male Wanted for Muswell Hill Double Room

We're looking for a friendly male professional to join our sociable and roomy Muswell Hill flat. It's officially available from 1st Oct, but we can probably be a bit flexible as our current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend.

The Room:
Proper double room, fully furnished with double bed, desk, drawers & wardrobe. Light and sunny, with window out onto internal courtyard. Approx. 12x10 feet.

The Flat:
Huge four-bedroom flat on the top floor, above the Broadway, where we get a lot of sun and like to enjoy it on the balcony which looks out over a fantastic view of London. We have a large separate lounge (with Virgin TV, fast wireless and an Xbox 360), big kitchen/diner and bathroom (with great water pressure - essential!). Despite being above the Broadway, street noise is almost non-existent.

Muswell Hill has everything you could want. Sainsburys, Little Waitrose & M&S Food are just down the road, or there's a large Tesco 10min bus ride away for a bigger shop. We have all the necessary banks & post office, plus a good variety of cafes and pubs, boutiques and a cinema. We seem to spend a large portion of our salaries in the local Indian takeaway, but are looking forward to the opening of the neighbourhood Bodeans!

There's plenty of free parking down the side roads if you have a car, otherwise transport links are great. Approx 5min bus (or 15min walk) to Highgate Station (Northern Line, Zone 3) or 20min bus ride to Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly, bus and Overground, Zone 2). Alternatively you can catch the 43 bus which follows the Bank branch of the Northern Line or the 134 which mirrors the Charing Cross branch if buses are more your thing.

The Flatmates:
We're a friendly bunch, all professionals, who have busy lives but enjoy a laugh and the odd glass of wine together.

You'll be living with an Irish girl who works in the international department for a post-grad university and enjoys a Guinness or two, an English girl who is also of the university profession & is trekking in Nepal later this year and an English-born kiwi, who works in advertising, recently qualified as personal trainer and has an unnatural love of gin.

You:
We're looking for a MALE housemate to help balance out our place. You'll be clean and considerate, like a good laugh and be looking for a home, not just a place to sleep.

Tolerance of bad jokes, bad tv and bad language is a bonus.
