Cosy single room Muswell Hill - Bills inc

Hi there,

We're looking for a friendly, easy going, tidy person to move into the house. We would prefer someone between 27-32 so that we can keep a balance in the house.

We are a sociable household and enjoy spending time together but still respect each others space/independence. There are 4 of us living here at the minute (3 females and 1 males, aged 27-29 - health and safety advisor, physio and office manager).

Bills are included in the rent. These include: Sky, Wifi, council tax, water, gas and electricity.

There is a large open plan living/dining area with flatscreen tv and a fully equipped kitchen. One large bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, both with toilets. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. There is plenty of space for storage under the house and in shed out the back! Also there is plenty of room in the back garden for a bbq - weather permitting of course!!

There are two 24 hour buses, 134 & 43, at the bottom of the road which lead to central london and to Highgate tube station on the northern line. It is also about a 15 minute walk to Bounds Green tube station on the Picadilly line.
