Living Room

We have a large Double room available from the start of February for a 3 month fixed term contract. although the whole flat will become available at the end of this period as everyone else is moving on. so there may be a chance of carrying on with some new house mates.

Our house is a Maisonette above Muswell Hill Broadway.

We Have a large shared living room with a dining table.

Kitchen with Dishwasher, Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Washing Machine and Fridge Freezer

Shared Bathroom with Bath, Shower, Sink and Loo. also a second Loo in the house as well.

The property is spread over 4 different levels. and the available room is on the same level as the Living room.
You will be sharing with

Dom, Freelance Sound Engineer working in theatre and Corporate events.

Catherine, Set and Costume Designer working in theatre and film.

Laura is a Marketing manager in the tech industries

what we are looking for.

The main thing we want from a person is that they are easy going. we are not the kind of house that ever feels a situation can be improved by the use of a Post It Note,

the house is pretty quiet. but there is usually one of us in.
we are not a party house, but we are not at all unsocial types.

Bills come to around £95 a month all in.
