Located on a quiet leafy road just off the broadway where there are a variety of shops and restaurants and a cinema. Highgate Tube is 10 minutes down the road and the 43 and 134 buses go from the end of the road to Old Street and London Bridge or Tottenham Court Road.

The house has three flats and ours is on the top floor.
The room is a good sized double furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also an additional fitted cupboard on the landing and plenty of other storage space.

There is a great sized lounge, fully fitted kitchen and larder and lovely bathroom. It is clean and full of character.

Rent is £630 a month and deposit is one months rent. References will be required. Bills are around £130 a month including council tax, water, gas, electric, broadband and Virgin TiVo. The room is available from 4th October possibly before if needed.
