Huge double room for 1 person in a friendly flat!

Hi!

We have got a huge double room to rent in our flathare located in Muswell Hill and we're looking for a nice person to live with us.

The room is a huge, sunny double with bay windows and fully furnished (bed, 2 wardrobes, sofa, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table).
The room is really large and the photos only show half of it.

It is a 3 bedroom flat and you'd be sharing with two very nice and friendly professionals, male and female (not a couple) who are friendly, clean, relaxed and easy-going.

The flat is located less than 2min walk from a bus stop. There are two very frequent buses, both operating 24/7. 134 will take you to Tottenham Court Road, 43 to London Bridge. Buses will take you in max 10min to Bounds Green station (Piccadilly line) or to Highgate station (Northern Line).

Muswell Hill is a lovely area, very safe, with lots of parks, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Big Tesco(open 24hrs!) only 5min by bus. Beautiful Alexandra Palace is within walking distance from the flat!

The weekly rent is £130 (£563 per month) and this includes all bills and fast internet!
