Large double room in lovely two bed flat situated on a quiet, leafy street in Muswell Hill. There is a bright and airy, spacious lounge with wooden laminate floors, separate fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with bath/shower. Your bedroom is a large double with generous space and is nicely furnished with at least a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

You would be sharing with one other easygoing, considerate flatmate who is independent but friendly. Seeking a similar professional (ideally working days although not essential and happy to discuss if otherwise) who is also looking to share a nice, relaxing home and who doesn't mind sharing a glass of wine/tv when it suits. Also I work strange hours so not around some evenings.

The flat is situated near lots of greenery with Highgate woods and Queens woods down the road offering pleasant stroll to station or even to Alexandra Palace/crouch end.

The location: it's about 5-7mins walk to Highgate tube station (Northern line - about 20mins to central London). Regular buses (including night buses) to the City and West End (43, 134) It's about the same distance in the other direction to Muswell hill broadway and its array of shops, boutiques, cafes/restaurants and a large Planet Organic, M&S, Sainsburys and Waitrose. From the broadway there are excellent bus routes to Finsbury Park, Turnpike Lane or further North to Barnet, Bounds green. Also within very easy reach of Crouch End, Highgate village, Alexandra Palace, Hampstead Heath.

The bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, broadband, tv licence) average around £100 per month.
