Double Room, £400 a month, in leafy East Finchley

Hello All,

Myself and my housemate Kerri are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us in our flat here in little leafy East Finchley.

The flat is about a 5-7 minute walk from East Finchley station and buses run to Highgate, Holloway and Archway from the end of the road. Also good to know is, there's a night bus (from Central/Camden) that runs to within a 3 minute walk from the flat and we’re also serviced by the night tube. Handy!

We have all the usual facilities, a little living room, kitchen and a bathroom to share (equipped with a bath for after those long working days). We even have a sunny little garden :)

The room does come unfurnished, but it’s the perfect chance to make the room yours.

A little about us:
2 young professionals, 1 working in online advertising, the other in film PR.

We're looking for someone like minded, who must work full time (sorry students!). Apologies to couples too, but we are looking for a singleton (who can of course have their other half over - it's not prison after all).
Preferably you will be clean and tidy and want to keep the flat in a nice state. Don't worry there will be no 'bin/cleaning' rota, or a 'kitty'. We just take it in turns to buy products and toilet roll when needed.

The boring bit:
Deposit = £590 (the overall deposit split by 3) + first month rent (£400) + council tax (£40) + 6 months water (£55).

Bills are not included in the price. Bills alter dependent season, but here are some estimates:
Council tax = £120 a month (divided by 3 = £40
Wi-Fi = £10 a month each
Gas & Electric = About about £150ish each per quarter (£50 month each) - slightly more in winter months.
Water = £55 and is paid for every 6 months. Unfortunately, this was due at the start of April (so therefore will need to be paid upon moving in).
Overall on a monthly basis, you're looking at about £475 (absolute maximum!) a month all in.
