The flat consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet, big living room with dining area, small balcony overlooking Fortis Green, a shared garden area and there is good parking available. The flat is furnished and the kitchen comes with all normal appliances including the all-important dishwasher!

Our landlord is great and will get you any extra furniture you want for your room. The room is £650pcm. With bills it comes to £750pcm (bills include electricity, gas, Wi-Fi broadband, BT vision package, council tax and a cleaner etc.) The deposit is £600. The room will be available on the 1st of May.

The location is amazing. We are right next door to a gym and opposite a bus stop (102 (24hour bus), 603 and 234) which will take you to East Finchley station in less than 5 minutes. The corner shop, and The Clissold Arms are just 1 minute walk away, and we are 5 minutes walk from Muswell Hill Broadway.

We are both professionals; a Teacher and a Consultant. Our housemate is moving out after two years to live with friends down the road.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, clean, tidy, who is up for the odd drink down the local! We can't smoke in the flat, but we have a balcony and outdoor areas for smokers. If you have other good qualities, we'd love to hear about them.
