PLEASE NOTE that this is more suited for a busy person (or couple) who prefer to eat out (won't cook/can't cook types) as kitchen area is utilised constantly by 'live in' landlady and family. Tenants are welcome to use the kettle/microwave/toaster in the kitchen for something quick. Aside from that the room is fantastic; a spacious (south facing so lots of natural sun-light) en-suite which would suit a professional on either a Mon-Fri basis or for the whole week. I will consider interest from students as well. The room is situated in a five bedroom town house on the top floor, with a new shower fitted and a new double bed (really comfortable with a memory foam mattress). The room rent is £650 pcm and carries a supplement for a couple sharing at £175 pcm (totalling £825 if there are two of you). The room is equipped with a small fridge for your convenience. The arrangement is a 'room let' only basis (as opposed to a house share as this reduces the overcrowding and privacy in the private living area for the landlord....I work from home and so use of other facilities need to be on an arranged basis). Two other tenants occupy additional rooms but everyone is private and independent (we all keep ourselves to ourselves). I have two cats living here, both are well behaved and tend not to bother anyone (both very clean)! Strictly non-smokers please!
