Double room in great flat in Muswell Hill; furnished but can be unfurnished. Comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables.

Good transport links: 134 (North Finchley to Tottenham Court Road) and 43 (Friern Barnet to London Bridge) BUSES STOP RIGHT OUTSIDE THE FLAT (both night buses).
W7 bus can be taken from Muswell Hill Broadway (5 mins walk away) to Finsbury Park station (20mins). Buses across the road go to Bounds Green tube (7mins).

Sharing with one other, professional female (30's), we're friends, I'm moving out for work reasons. She's lovely, very easy going, friendly, sociable, is happy to share a bottle of wine and watch the telly etc but also has her own interests and is quite often out in the evenings.

The room is a medium sized double. There are 3 cupboards in the hall/kitchen which we currently use as storage so you would be able to keep things in there. One is so huge we keep our suitcases in it.

There is Wifi in the flat, Netflix/Apple TV in the living room with a DVD player. The flat is very warm plus there are radiators in the hall and bathroom controlled by the building so it's free heating in the winter months. The hot water in the bathroom is also controlled by the building and so it's very hot all the time. Bath and shower.

If you've never been to Muswell before, it's lovely, very safe.
15 min walk to Alexandra Palace
40 min walk to Crouch End (W7 bus also goes through there)
There's a 24hr Tesco (20 min walk away or 5 mins on the buses that stop right outside the flat) Muswell has a Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Marks and Spencers Food and plenty of nice boutiques and coffee shops.
