Double room available in central muswell hill, to share with current tenant (me) I am a professional female (37) who works as a manager in the NHS. Current flatmate is moving in with boyfriend in September so looking for someone nice to share with.
I have a small cat who spends the majority of her time outside climbing trees!

Outside work I like to chill out in the evening with a film or book and sometimes a glass of wine.
I love to bake and often will attempt a new recipe I have seen on bake off!

There is direct access via separate doors from both bedrooms onto large decked area which leads to a mature garden including BBQ. The flat is in a conservation area so there is a wide variety of wildlife around including recently a flock of parakeets!

The Flat has very large lounge, broadband, cable TV, washing machine and tumble dryer .

The room is part furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed but can also come unfurnished if you want to bring your own style! It is very quiet and enjoys direct views and access onto a leafy garden.

There is free off road parking on a private driveway on a first come first serve basis.

Bills come to £135 pcm including broadband.

The landlord will require a deposit and references to be checked.

Flat is in central Muswell hill which has lovely restaurants and shops, and has excellent transport with buses direct to the city and west end. Highgate tube on the Northern line is 15 minutes and Bounds Green tube on the Piccadilly line is 10 mins bus ride away.
