Smart, light and airy single bedroom with its own bathroom on the floor below. The room is available for 3 - 4 nights pw Monday to Friday only and includes shared use of the kitchen, dining room and garden.

My four bedroomed home is quiet, clean and well maintained and the rent is inclusive of WiFi, utilities, regular cleaning and provision/changing of bed linen, towels etc..

We are a household of 2 - 4 adults, myself, a Mon - Fri lodger, (I'm now seeking a second) and very occasionally one of my daughters who are in their early 30's stay. The room would suit a working professional who has a permanent home to return to at the weekends, but who needs somewhere nice to stay whilst working in London during the week.

There is restriction free street parking and quick access to the North Circular, so we are ideally situated for someone who works in North London, or who requires their car for work.

The nearest underground stations are East Finchley or Highgate, both Zone 3 and a short bus ride, or a 25 min walk.

Muswell Hill Broadway is a 15 min walk away and offers a good variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, gyms, cinema etc.
