- Drive a car? Not only is there free parking but you are a stone's throw from the North Circular on-ramp enabling you to get in and out of London, or to the East or West of London with little traffic. An example - There are only 9 traffic lights between Heathrow and home.
- Like parks? Three of England's oldest woods (Highgate Wood, Queens Wood, Coldfall Wood) are close by.
- A short walk away from Alexandra Palace with its beautiful parkland including the Sunday Farmers' Market for you foodies out there.
- And there is a 24 hour Tesco superstore five minutes walk away. Satisfy those midnight cravings or be amazed at the low-cost food constantly on offer. I regularly buy a full, large, hot roasted BBQ chicken for dinner at less than £2. 50 on offer at around 7: 30-8: 00pm at this store. They practically give away top quality ham each evening. They have an incredible range of products as well - it's unlike any other Tesco store. I really love this store - and this is coming from a Waitrose man!
- Too lazy to walk 5 mins to Tesco, try 50m and you will find our local convenience store.
- Five 24 hour stores are to be found within 3/4 mile
Transport
- Extremely well connected.
- Bus Numbers 43 and 134 are literally at your doorstep taking you to the West End, Old Street/Shoreditch, Islington, Camden, London Bridge or just to connect with the Northern Line at Highgate a few minutes away.
- Buses are 24x7. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus during the day (and you will always get a seat). I've never had to wait more than 12 minutes for a bus at 3am!!! Party in East End or West End - no need to negotiate a pricey minicab. Hop on the bus and get dropped off at your front door for peanuts.
Muswell Hill is an oasis in the hustle and bustle of London daily life. Most people who move here, never want to leave.

About You:
Friendly, kind, easygoing professional (students also considered upon application) with good cleaning habits and who is considerate of others ( No Litterbugs or Clean-freaks or Party-animals please!) Excess is never good: The right balance is the key! We love socialising, sharing a meal, a wine or watching a movie in our beautiful massive reception room, so ideally someone who is not a total stranger.
Possibly a non-smoker - but if you are one, please use the garden. ( we are non judgmental here).
You will need to provide work references or proof of income if you are freelance.

Viewings during COVID-19
At present, virtual viewings via video-call are available on a daily basis.
Interested parties will be put directly in touch with the existing housemates for a video tour.

Physical viewings will be arranged following a video call only, and prospective housemates will be invited in person following all health and safety rules (i. e. wearing mask and keeping a safety distance).
