Large double room available in three bedroom flat.

Hi, I'm James. My flatmate Neal and I are looking to fill a room we have available in our flat in Muswell Hill.

The room comes with a new double bed and wardrobe, with lots of space for storage.

It is an excellent, large double room in a friendly flat. The flat benefits from a very large, airy and light living room; toilet separate from bathroom (bath and overhead shower) both with sinks; small but adequately sized kitchen with gas hob and electric cooker. Fridge freezer and washing machine are provided by the landlord. We split the Wifi and all other bills equally. Communal areas are always kept clean and tidy.

The flat is ideally located on a quiet residential road, right in the centre of Muswell Hill, there are wide range of shops, restaurants, pubs and a cinema, all within a four minute walk away. Two 24 hour bus routes travel through Muswell Hill, providing excellent access to the City of London, the West End and Old Street/Shoreditch. The flat is within equal distance to Highgate and East Finchley Underground stations, both on the Northern Line (Night Tube branch), taking around 20 minutes to walk there or 5-10 on a bus. There is also easy access to Camden Town and Angel. Highgate Woods and Alexandra Palace are both easy walks.

A bit about me: I'm 30 and originally from near Manchester and have been in London since 2012. I work for a housing association.

I enjoy travelling, music, festivals and gigs and watching football.

Neal is 43 and works in fiancial services and is also a big football and music.

We are looking for people who are like-minded, sociable and laid back.

Rent is £450 a month with bills between £70-£100 per month. The deposit on the room is £250.
