Large double room available with in a 4 bed flat on Alexandra Park Road in Muswell Hill. The rent is £385. 00 per month, bills are additional - council tax and TV paid monthly and gas/elec quarterly. It is an extremely good deal!

I am moving in with my boyfriend and the landlord has asked that I fill my room before I go. The deposit will be paid to me and paperwork will be signed with the new landlord for you to redeem my original deposit from them should you choose to move out. The contract will be an initial 6 months then a rolling one month basis.

Large room, currently with a king size bed (Property is unfurnished but as I am moving into a furnished property this can be negotiated)high ceilings and well lit. Built in wardrobe and fireplace feature. Room backs onto an alleyway so private and quiet.

The Flat:

There are 3 other tenants, two male and one female. All professional aged between 24 and 25, working in the film and music industry. All are extremely lovely and sociable but it isn't really a party flat.

The flat has a very large shared living, exposed wooden floorboards throughout, shared kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, 1 year old oven and a washing machine. The heating is central heating.

It is set within a large block that has an entrance door and a cleaner for the communal areas, such as the stair well.

The Area:

The flat in in a great location - 10 minute bus ride/ 20 minute walk to Bounds Green station or 15 minute bus ride to East Finchley. It is a 10 minute walk to Muswell Hill which has a wonderful choice of shops, cafes, restaurants etc and the flat is based a maximum 5 minute walk from Alexandra Palace which is great for gigs and events or just for hanging out and taking in the amazing views over London.
