Flat is big, separate kitchen with dining table in it, massive living room, big couches etc.

Single bathroom, great power shower.

Carpet throughout (kitchen is wooden floor) and nice furniture, room is partially furnished.

What you get!...

Two male flatmates, both have their own lives but enjoy socialising together but also appreciate our own time, size of flat allows that. Both laid back and easy going, Flat has several rules but they are the basics! Tidy and clean but don't have clean police as long as your square your stuff away at some point. The tidier and more house trained the better obv
but we are laid back.

Sky Sports, netflix, BT Sport, Virgin Telly & Wifi, 42" Telly, thinking of investing in some new surround though, X box, ground coffee etc etc

We need someone laid back and easy to get on with who has their own life, isn't going to spend the whole time in their room and get involved a little.

10 min walk from East Finchley tube or 5 min bus (bus stop outside front door), -5 min walk to centre of Muswell Hill and bus stops to highgate (and centre of town) or Finsbury park the other way. Highgate on the bus is about 3 mins.
