Helen and Maggie are looking for a lovely flatmate to takeover single bedroom in our huge house. Keen to meet a like minded person who will fall in love with the house!

Rachael is moving out-the first 2 weeks in June preferably but can be flexible with dates.

The Room
Its a very cosy, lovely room at the front on the house with great storage and is fully furnished- it has a huge cupboard that goes right under the stairs great for extra storage. It is also beautiful and light in the summer and being a smaller room it stays warm in the winter which is great!

The rent is £412 per calender month and the bills are £75-£100 on top. The security deposit for this room is £470

The Location
Our house is around the corner from a 24hour bus stop where 134 and 43 will take you anywhere from Tottenham Court Road/ London Bridge to High Barnet/ East Finchley. The nearest tube stations are Highgate (Northern Line) and Arnos Grove/Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line).

Bank Station (45 Mins)

Muswell Hill has lots of great little boutiques, restaurants and cafes. There are local shops and pubs even closer and a 24hour Tesco superstore about 10mins walk with literally anything you need for your house and your belly!!

The House
As for the rest of the house there are three other double rooms on the 1st floor, accommodated by Helen, Maggie and Rachael and a shared bathroom with a bath tub.

Downstairs we have a large open plan kitchen with all the essentials for home cooking, including a dishwasher, and a second lounge just off it (great for socialising). There is also an utility room with WM and Dryer. The main living room is at the front of the house, with fire, comfy couches and freeview on the telly. There's another small bathroom and a porch area by the from door (with coat and shoe racks). We also have a spacious back garden with a shed and lounge chairs for cocktails and BBQs! And if you have a car, there is off road parking at the front. Storage facilities in this house are endless... There are many narnias we haven't utilised yet!

This is very much a home, we absolutely love it and love living here. The atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming, our kettle is always on with biscuits on the table, And our wine rack is stocked, ready and waiting!

The Flatmates
Helen was the original flatmate and Maggie joined a year later.

We aren’t in each other’s pockets - as most young professionals in our early twenties, we lead busy lives! We all have very different schedules and backgrounds (although that Welsh/ Greek/ Scottish/ English combination seems to work perfectly). (Helena = Welsh, Maggie = Greek but went to Uni in Scotland!)

However, we are more than just flatmates - this house seems to breed wonderful friendships! We have all made our little house in Muswell Hill the perfect place to live! We will sit in the living room after a long day at work with a cup of tea (or some gin), watching some silly TV program, and talk about life and silliness. But we enjoy to make our weekend dates to see a show, explore the local restaurants or head out for some cocktails.

We are looking for like-minded people to live with who want a home away from home. It would be great if you could Let us know a bit about yourself, what you like and what you’re looking for.
