It is with a heavy heart that me and my husband are leaving our two lovely housemates and a real gem of a room! But it’s time to start a new chapter just the two of us :)

Available from the 10th November, the room is much bigger than a standard double. It has good sized windows allowing for plenty of light, a double bed and a shelving unit. Other items such as wardrobe can be requested from the landlord. The room is suitable for either a couple or a single person. The bills usually come to around £100 each month.

The flat has a homely feel to it and is perfectly situated on a quiet residential road two minutes away from Muswell Hill Broadway. There's a living room with tremendous views, a landscaped garden with a BBQ, a recently refurbished kitchen and a nice bathroom.

The flatmates are Catt and Julia: English and Spanish respectively. In true SpareRoom style, they are a sociable, welcoming and fun bunch, but also appreciate others' privacy. There's a nice considerate atmosphere in the flat, passion for healthy cooking, sports and video games ;)

Muswell Hill is great. The area is safe, with restaurants, gyms, bars and a cinema. Crouch End is on the proverbial doorstep, as are East Finchley and Highgate. All are about a 10 minute bus journey away making it ideal for commuting. For that matter, it takes about 45 seconds to get to a W7 bus stop from the flat, and from there it's a 15 minute journey to Finsbury Park and the holly grail of commuting: the Victoria line.

If you like greenery, there's lots of it close by. Highgate Wood and Alexandra Palace are local - and Hampstead Heath isn't too far away either.

We have two other rooms within the flat: one is a smaller double room and another is a small single room. The rent is reduced proportionately. If you are interested please request additional images.
