The living room

Mon-Friday or Part-week only. Available until mid February. Ideal for someone needing to stay in London for work but living elsewhere. Unlike other Mon-Fri rooms, here you can leave stuff behind, as nobody else will be using your room when you are not here. If you need the room less than 5 nights a week, you are also welcome to enquire. Short lets also possible at slightly higher rent.

The room is a small double, simply furnished with with a single bed with a comfy new mattress, a desk and chest of drawers. It is a cosy, warm, peaceful room overlooking the garden and playing fields.

I am looking for someone mature and respectful of other people's space and property but friendly and relaxed, to share with a nice couple in their twenties. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

The house is small but perfectly formed, recently renovated, cute 2 bedroom house in Muswell Hill. It has great, sun trap garden and backs onto Muswell Hill playing fields and Coldfall Woods.

Downstairs there is a living room with comfy sofa and vintage furniture plus a large eat in kitchen leading to the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier, everything you need to be comfortable. 

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a light and airy bathroom with a bath and overhead powerful shower. 


Location
- Muswell Hill Broadway with its abundance of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants is just around the corner (10-15 min walk).
 You can also hop on a bus to reach the Northern Line at East Finchley. Drive a car? Not only is there free parking but you are a stone's throw from the North Circular on-ramp enabling you to get in and out of London, or to the East or West of London with little traffic
