The flat is located in lovely Edwardian period property on one of Muswell Hill's wide avenues , in a wonderful lively and vibrant part of north London. Access to amazing grounds of Alexandra Palace is only 3 minutes away where you can take bus W7 to Finsbury Park Station - Victoria/Piccadilly Line.

The bedroom has an upholstered double ottoman bed (the base lifts for full storage), fitted wardrobe plus one free standing wardrobe, chair, bedside table, shelving and 2 chests of drawers. The bedroom is located at the back of the house and is very quiet.

Spacious sun filled lounge (wood floors) with two sofas and dining area seating 8 comfortably. Semi open plan kitchen.

Kitchen comes with usual appliances, washing machine, gas hob, microwave, oven & fridge freezer.

Bathroom has bath and shower in bath.

Multiple transport options - Bounds Green station (Piccadilly line) is 5 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk. In other direction buses to Highgate Station - Northern line takes 5-7 mins. Buses 43 to Islington & City, 134 to West End and W3 to Finsbury Park from the Broadway, 5 minutes walk from flat. Alexandra Palace mainline into Old Street and Moorgate is a 10 minute walk.

Looking for easy going professional female to share with me, someone who appreciates a nice relaxing home, with friendly and respectful neighbours and no loud parties. Looking for a genuine non smoker.

I appreciate everyone needs their own space but would definitely want to know my flatmate and on occasion spend an evening together at home watching a film or chatting over a glass of wine. Also appreciate that sometimes flatmates want time alone.

Travel, art, music, cinema, interior design, great food and good wine, pilates and keeping fit generally are my interests and more recently breath work and meditation since lockdown.

Rent is £950 per calendar month and a deposit of £950 is required. Gas, electricity, water, broadband, TV license all included. Free and plentiful parking just outside flat.

Ideally looking for long term flatmate 6 months or longer but may consider something shorter.
