I'm advertising a double room in a three-bed flatshare in Muswell Hill. I'm leaving the flat as I'm starting a new job elsewhere in London.

The room is a good-sized double room with a large built-in wardrobe so loads of storage space.

The flat itself is a 2 story, 3 bedroom flat, so feels more like a small house. There's two toilets, a large living room with dining area and a separate kitchen. Its in a development with lots of other young professionals.

The flat is on a very quiet leafy street. Its just 8 minutes walk to East Finchley tube (Northern Line), and 5 minutes walk to Muswell Hill village, with shops, restaurants, pubs, gym and a cinema.

You'll be living with two professionals, who work in property development and as a teacher.

Rent is £750, including ALL bills (inc wi fi).
