This is a huge double bedroom in a beautiful 5 bedroom house, just 5 minutes walk from East Finchley Tube station (Northern Line). From there you can be in Camden in 10 minutes or Tottenham court road in 20 (plus bus stop right near the house).

The house is over two floors, with the bedroom set on the ground floor. The room is mostly furnished in that there is already a bed and mattress, bed side tables, and a massive set of cupboards.

There is a shared lounge with a big TV and a fireplace, a large kitchen, conservatory and a big back and front garden! We have a good Sky TV and internet set up. There is also parking if required.

Current housemates include 3 male lawyers and an aspiring actress. We get on really well and like to sit together after work, go for drinks in the numerous local pubs, bbqs in the summer, etc. There is also plenty of space if people like to keep to themselves. One of our housemates recently moved to be closer to work so we are looking to fill that space.

Rent is £700, with bills on top of £120 (high but this includes all bills, council tax, cleaner, gardener, sky and internet, cleaning products, etc).
