Nice double room in friendly home

Hi there,

We're looking for a friendly, easy going, tidy person to move into the house. We would prefer male so that we can keep a balance in the house.

We are a sociable household and enjoy spending time together but still respect each others space/independence. There are 3 of us living here at the minute (2 females and a male, aged 28-31).

Bills are included in the rent. These include: Sky, Wifi, council tax, water, gas and electricity.

There is an open plan living/dining area with flatscreen tv and a fully equipped kitchen. One large bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, both with toilets. There is plenty of space for storage under the house and in shed out the back! Also there is plenty of room in the back garden for a bbq - weather permitting of course!!

There are two 24 hour buses, 134 & 43, at the bottom of the road which lead to central london and to Highgate tube station on the northern line. It is also about a 15 minute walk to Bounds Green tube station on the picadilly line.
