Amazing Double Room, Garden with Climbing Room

Amazingly bright and spacious double room (new bed and mattress included) in a secure and secluded 3 double bedroom house. The large open plan living room flows into a well equipped spacious kitchen, great for BBQ's and Parties. With plenty of storage space its easy to keep this house tidy and with both up and downstairs toilets a very comfortable place to live. All the bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and benefit from very high ceilings. Our garden feels very private, surrounded by foliage and we have spent the last year building an indoor climbing room. We also have a large deck out the front of the house raised from the road where we have our ping pong table. The house itself is a 2 minute walk away from Muswell Hill broadway. There's great restaurants and a large Sainsburys at the top of the road.

There are bus stops within 2-3 mins walk, one is a 5 min ride to Highgate station (northern line) the other is a 15 min ride away from Finsbury Park (Victoria line).

Chris and I (David) both work in TV/Film. Chris is a TV Director and I work in SFX. We do sometimes have quite irregular working hours but when we are all home together we do enjoy cooking a house dinner.

Our current house mate Joanna is leaving as she is moving in with her boyfriend.
