Available NOW - Large Double Ensuite Bills inc

Hi There,

A sunny double ensuite in our 3 bedroom home is available now. We're looking for a friendly, professional non smoker to live in our home with me and my house mate Darren. We are not looking for couples.

The en suite double room is. 4. 6 m x 2. 6 m or 15 foot 8foot 6. This room takes up the entire loft conversion. When you are up there you feel like you are in your own flat! There is a large window that is facing the rear garden and there are 2 velux skylights so the room is nice and bright all year round, 1 window is over the bed the second window in the en-suite. The bed is a low double bed frame from Warren Evans, a pine triple wardrobe, with 2 parts hanging 1 part with 4 shelves. There is a night table, and sea grass / wicker style baskets that you can use for storage. In October 2016 the room was freshly painted and new carpets were laid. A brand new IKEA Hyllestad double mattress was purchased at the same time.

The en-suite shower room was gutted out and completely refurbished in May 2017. I'm a bit biased but I think its soon nice.

About the house: Kitchen with all mod cons and separate dining room with access to the garden. We dont have a dishwasher but you do get your own fridge. Lounge with original wooden floors and leather sofas (bought before I became a vegan). The house itself is very warm and inviting with spacious rooms, so we're not falling over each other! There's plenty of room to maintain your privacy when needed.

About the location: Local shops and pubs in walking distance (inc. huge 24hr Tesco 15mins walk away). Muswell Hill town centre, Alexandra Palace and Highgate Village are close by. Highgate station is a 15-minute bus ride away. 134 and the 43 are at the end of the road and are both 24-hour buses into central London. The W7, 144 and 102 buses are all near by. The W7 will take you to Finsbury Park.

Unlimited wireless SKY fibre broadband available throughout the house. We also have an ADT alarm system. Our home is clean, neat and tidy. Kasia our cleaner comes weekly.

The money bit: £830 for the ensuite per calendar month inclusive of all bills, council tax and cleaner. Kasia comes for 2 hours weekly and will clean all the communal parts of the house, your bathroom and vacuum your room.

I’m a 39 year old Canadian female who has lived here for 14 years. I work as a civil servant. Darren is a 44 year old British science teacher in a secondary school. When I’m not working I like to catch up with friends, travel and go to gigs, the cinema etc. Darren and I are both content busy people so sometimes we are not always in. When we are, we will happily have a good catch-up , a cup of tea, watch TV etc, go for a pub quiz.

I’m a Vegan and and would LOVE to live with other vegans or vegetarians. Darren has lived with me before I went vegan so he is actually a considerate meat eater. He's great cook and will always make extra :-)
